Evaluation of LeanFour
LeanFour™ TP3, is an application that combines a BI and a PSA system. The application creates a virtual organisation where all responsibilities for occupancy, business areas and cost centres are shown and accounted for. The information in the system covers all working hours and therefore all activities. By planning for full occupancy of paid working time, maximum charging of resources is achieved. All employees in their role have their decision support in the system and contribute their share of input data. The digital services involve a minimum of other administration. Managers can read the information in real time.
