Project monitoring

In LeanFour™, each task is reported with full transparency using an intuitive dart chart. With a single view, planning, cost and deliveries are shown in relation to a baseline planning so that deviations can be detected early.

Monitoring of projects at portfolio and management level can be done easily and accurately without unnecessarily burdening a project manager. The fact-based reporting is fully automatic thanks to source reporting for current outcomes and further planning by the staff working on the projects. All the project manager has to do is provide simple answers to the parameters that the portfolio and management want to know, which may vary depending on the purpose and content of the portfolio. Green indicates that the project manager is in full control. Yellow indicates deficiencies that will be resolved by the next review and Red means that the project manager needs help from their manager or steering group.
