The cloud service offered by Ln4 Solutions is an application that combines a BI system with a PSA system. The application creates a virtual organization in which all responsibilities for occupancy, business areas and cost centers are shown and reported. The information in the system covers all working hours and thus all activities. Each working hour belongs to a person who in turn belongs to a cost center, which belongs to a business area. The use of each hour is planned to an initiative which in turn is part of a portfolio whose budget belongs to a cost center which is part of a business area.
The principle is that as opposed to planning activities with resources, employees' working time is planned with tasks from projects with a budget.

The task of the project office is to define how governance, reporting and monitoring should be done and to ensure that the organization also applies this governance. The cloud application has all the basic methodology frameworks for projects digitized which means project maturity at level 3. With change management, you will soon be at CMMI level 4. The cloud service includes the usual project frameworks such as PPS and PRINCE2 but also agile and SAFe. 'Learning by doing' is our guiding principle to get you on track and you can take over the leadership yourself at any time.
Our promises
- Full control over resource capacity and occupancy planning against projects within six to eight weeks. In addition, names of all responsibilities and cost centers.
- Within four to six calendar months, all projects will apply ISO21500 governance and progress reporting.
