Resource planning of a mission within a project model

The video shows how resource planning is based on a project directive where the framework of the mission is already defined through the application of a governance model.

Proof Of Concept

The video shows how a database of an organisation's ongoing projects and resource usage can be created by importing data from the time tracking system. Ongoing project occupancy can then be easily simulated by also loading the project frames. The forecast of project time costs is also shown once tariffs have been loaded. The total cost forecast can then also be read by loading the incurred costs from the financial system, supplemented by the remaining planned costs.
